Mollie Frideres-Smith is the founder and owner of MFS Consulting, LLC, which focuses on human capital management. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Mollie founded MFS Consulting to make a meaningful impact and help businesses achieve goals and solve problems. Mollie earned her B.S. in Psychology and Masters of Business Administration from Iowa State University. Mollie has also taught courses in Human Resources at Des Moines Area Community College.
